Four roles cover the shape of almost every team we've seen. Admins manage channels and keys. Approvers resolve approvals. Read-only auditors can see the history without touching anything.

When a teammate joins, they see every channel in the workspace. They can't see raw API keys or webhook secrets — those are write-only, shown once, and hashed at rest. Nothing sensitive leaks when the team grows.
